Italy secured their place in the Round of 16 after Mattia Zaccagni scored a late equaliser against Croatia that almost certainly puts the Croats out of the competition.
The BBC pundits stated in their after-match analysis that the goal from Zaccagni was the only bit of quality from the Italians all night - a theory that is very hard to disagree with.

Italy are 20/1 to win Euro 2024 with William Hill. They are the defending champions but have been very underwhelming so far in the competition.
In their opening match against Albania, Italy won 2-1, after falling behind in the opening minute. Against Spain, they were totally outclassed. And against Croatia, it could be argued that they got lucky.
It’s very hard to see this Italian outfit getting close to defending their title.
