Football Betting tips and stat for Newcastle and Everton
Newcastle have won two, lost two, and drawn two so far this season. Steve Bruce's team have scored an average of 1.33 goals a match, and conceded an average of 1.67 goals a match.
For Everton, their record is far superior. Carlo Ancelotti's team average 2.33 goals scored a match, and 1.5 goals conceded a match.
Everton also boast one of the Premier League's hottest strikers in Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Already with 7 goals this season, Calvert Lewin is 13/10 to score anytime with Betfair.
Newcastle V Everton Odds
Newcastle 12/5 - The Draw 12/5 - Everton 6/5
The Toffee’s unbeaten run came to an end away at Southampton last weekend, but Odds of better than Evens on them to win is still very appealing.
The Toffees are the superior side, and for this reason I wouldn’t be against backing them at 6/5.
Newcastle have only lost twice this season, ironically both at home. They clearly don’t lose easily, but they tend to grind out their results out with dogged displays.
Will that be enough to keep Everton at bay? I’m not so sure.
Newcastle V Everton Prediction 1/11/20
I can't see Newcastle winning this, and I also am not too sure whether or not the Toffees will win.
A quick look at the Double Chance market shows that Everton and The Draw is just 2/7, which is a too short for me.
With this being Newcastle, and their tactic generally being to keep matches tight, I'm looking at Under 2.5 goals - which in itself is a decent looking 19/20.
Combining Under 2.5 goals and Everton and The Draw in the Double Chance market pays 2.28 - a touch over 5/4.
